The Yanayacu River Full Day departs from Bellavista Nanay and travels along the Amazon River toward San Juan de Huashalado. From there, a rainforest walk leads to the black-water Yanayacu River, introducing the local flora and jungle surroundings.
The itinerary includes walks, information about medicinal plants and artisanal piranha fishing. Lunch takes place at Cabaña Amazon Lodge with the food listed in the original program.
On the return journey, the itinerary notes the possibility of seeing pink and gray river dolphins in their natural habitat, as well as sunset scenery over the Amazon River.
